My Bio
Hey guys, Sabrina here - or you can call me Bree.

I'm an artist by birth, but a few years ago I kind of fell into writing because it was my only way of having friends while home-schooled in the middle of nowhere, and I didn't re-surface until a couple of years ago. I got a life for a while, got married, and had two little creatives. I was so busy with those littles that I couldn't even write, so I'm actually coming out of a complete creative hiatus. What fun, right?! Yeah...
Now, I'm finally ready to get back into my art and writing again. Will I write under my real name? I don't know. Pen name? I don't know.

I just want to re-fresh my skills and see where it takes me. If this sounds interesting to you, feel free to follow along! I'll be trying out a variety of mediums and may even include snippets of my books with artwork to supplement it.

I'm open to feedback, tips, and critiques.... just try not to be a shhhiiiiitttttacke mushroom about it, mmkay?

My level of skill: intermediate (I think)

My tools:
Digital work: Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe After Effects
Sketching: regular pencils, Kimberly graphite drawing kit, Strathmore Sketch paper, Master's Touch Sketch (preferred), copier paper
Calligraphy: dip pen (Walmart cheap), black india ink (Walmart cheap)
Painting: cheap paints since I'm practicing again and canson watercolor paper.
Colored Pencil Painting: Bristol Vellum paper, Prismacolor colored pencils, Odorless Mineral Spirits
Mixed Media: Ink/Marker, Watercolor/Colored Pencil, Ink/Watercolor

Favourite Visual Artist
Josephine Wall, Meredith Dillan, Amy Brown, Selena Fenech, Jennifer Healy, Frank Frazetta, are who spring to mind.
Tools of the Trade
For now, just pencil colored pencil, and some digital art, but I hope to grow in my talents in these mediums as well as graduate into others.

And I'm back...

Hey everyone! I've been gone for a while, and I know my participation on here before kind of sucked, but I'm back and better than ever! I'm here to refresh my skills and make some new friends while I'm at it. I'm now working on book 2 of my first series, and I'm about to start college at the end of the month. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. I'll be posting some of my exercises, and I know they're not all that, but I'm just starting to get back into it. I also have one digital piece that I stopped working on for a while, but will be getting back into. Oh, and I just started doing calligraphy! I've always loved calligraphy, and I

No prob! Your stuff looks cool! Thank you for mine as well.
Of course!
I pray to Hecate, lady of Magic and Miracles, for her to send a shooting star upon you, for its fire to reveal to you dreams that rain over your head and are transformed into art by the river of your soul of amazing wizard of paper and pencil!
Welcome to DA, look forward to seeing your digital artwork.
